An advanced Building Management System monitors and controls theessential services and facilities in thecomplex. The BMS runs optimally at alltimes, reducing maintenance, operating and equipment costs, all while maximizing occupant comfort.
CCTV system monitors and supervises all vehicular and pedestrian entry and exit points, and also the perimeter of each building, ensuring 24-hour surveillance.

Each building benefits from highcapacity Schindler 5500 elevators that are also able to transport disabled persons. One elevator in each building is permanently servicing all levels, being operated by an electric generator.
